Why one contractor matters
The part nobody sees is the part that decides everything
Almost every failed driveway and parking lot we get called out to look at failed for the same reason: water. Not bad concrete, not thin asphalt — a base that was never graded to drain, poured over by somebody who wasn’t responsible for the grading.
We do both. The crew that clears your lot is the crew that shoots the grades, installs the storm piping, and then pours the concrete or lays the asphalt on top of it. When it’s finished there is one company to call, and no argument about whose part of the job went wrong.
We replace, we don’t repair. When a concrete driveway has failed, we tear it out, correct the base and the drainage that caused the failure, and pour new. An overlay on a bad base fails again, and we won’t put our name on it.
